Ibis Styles Madrid City Las Ventas Hotel

The staff at this hotel are outstanding, especially Alejandro and Ana Belén. They provide excellent service and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and one of the best I have ever tried. The terrace is also a nice and comfortable place to relax.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always ready to help and assist with any requests we had. the breakfast was beyond expectations, with a wide variety of options and delicious food. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the toiletries provided had a pleasant scent and were of good quality.

One aspect that was disappointing was the lack of communication from the staff. They did not make any effort to engage with us, lacking a friendly and welcoming attitude.

The bed, including the sofa bed, was incredibly comfortable and spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, with a bus stop right outside that took us directly to the city center. Additionally, the nearby metro station made it convenient to explore the city. The pool area was lovely, although it could get busy at times. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful stay. The overall decor of the hotel was also quite appealing.

The room was comfortable and the whole building is clean and modern. Pablo at the reception was also very kind and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process fast and easy. I had a wonderful experience here and I highly recommend this hotel.
