The staff at this hotel are outstanding, especially Alejandro and Ana Belén. They provide excellent service and make you feel welcome. The breakfast is delicious and one of the best I have ever tried. The terrace is also a nice and comfortable place to relax.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always ready to help and assist with any requests we had. The breakfast was beyond expectations, with a wide variety of options and delicious food. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the toiletries provided had a pleasant scent and were of good quality.
They did not make any effort to engage with us, lacking a friendly and welcoming attitude. The check-in process was monotonous and lacked any warmth.

During our stay at Ibis Styles, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent cleanliness of the hotel and the amazing breakfast options that were available. The variety of foods offered was impressive and catered to different tastes. We also appreciated the prompt and efficient room service, along with the friendly and welcoming staff. The bed, including the sofa bed, was incredibly comfortable and spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal, with a bus stop right outside that took us directly to the city center. Additionally, the nearby metro station made it convenient to explore the city. The pool area was lovely, although it could get busy at times. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful stay. The overall decor of the hotel was also quite appealing.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff here are outstanding and provide excellent service. Alejandro and Ana Belén went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. The breakfast here is one of the best I have ever had, and the terrace is also very comfortable. The location of this hotel is great as well, being close to everything but still in a quiet area. The room was comfortable and the whole building is clean and modern. Pablo at the reception was also very kind and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process fast and easy. I had a wonderful experience here and I highly recommend this hotel.
